Barry passed away on the 4^th February2023 at home, after a short illness. Barry was the eldest son of Mac and Lorna McKey.  Barry lived and worked most of his life in Matamata and Tauranga. Youngest brother Don passed just over a year ago. Barry is survived by his nephew Mike and niece Lorraine and grand uncle to Heather, Joseph and Thomas. Barry dedicated his life to the community through the Matamata Rotary Club and Historical society.
